How to Succeed on LinkedIn

Spencer Smith: The biggest thing I want to leave folks with is the hardest thing to do is actually start. He says people get too much in their head about whether or not it's going to work, what if somebody misinterprets what they say and blah, blah, blah,. That first one is always that first one that's the hardest. LinkedIn is probably the most obvious in immediate way for how to reach out; there are no haters really on LinkedIn. It's a very supportive community. Very fair. Everybody wants you to succeed.
