In so many products and programmes there's no clear win state. What does mission accomplish look like? And this should be so specific that you could film someone crossing the finish line to mission accomplished. They've either done it or they haven't, i call a binary state. So for example, in my experience product master class, the mission is to design, market and make two thousand dollars with an experience product. Some people wil make up to 300000 dollars. When they do, i like to kind of build into the programme giving testimonials. Maurica, got over 700 pages of them.
