meditation being absorption into. The light of consciousness. When the senses fall away. So when you practice meditation you focus on one object right. One object through one sense gate. And then as you get deeper that object becomes more simple. Singular. It loses its edges or it just becomes just a color or whatever. Then hopefully what happens is the nimita arises. You get light. That is because your consciousness is no longer dispersed out into the sense. Experience.
