How Much Do You Have the Trilogy Worked Out in Your Head?

Dragon was a really interesting character for me. I think he was the one i felt most and am emotional about. And so im not, i'm working on the second book, some things are shifting again. It's different to outline something in your head, and then it's different when you outline it on the page. Tis just like a little bit of drift that happens each time.
