The Importance of Music in New Caledonia
The ukulele playing mechanic is so awesome. It's actually amazing how rapidly you can fire between notes and everything. And it's quite a really forgiving system as well. Music is a huge part of New Caledonian culture. We figured, okay, we need to portray that aspect of the culture in a proper form. The music was such a big part, we felt like having bespoke, like music mechanic was cool. How do we engrain that into the story and the open world design?
