Alymnic Eruption, or Lake Overturn
Alymnic eruption occurs when dissolved carmon dioxide becomes saturated in a lake, suddenly erupts and is released from the lake. It's capable of suffocating basically every one, wild life, live stock, humans, within that area. This phenomenon has occurred in a few other lakes, i think, all in africa as well but i don't i think this is the case that killed the largest number of people.
