Has microsopt drawn less scrutiny than the other tec giants since it was suied by the justice department two decades ago? I don't think that there would be as much concern coming out of e u or china on thi you know, the e recently cleared microsop acquisition of another game company called xanimac a. And european commission published a pretty lengthy opinion on how they cleared that and decided w wouldn't cause harm.
