Towards a Supernational Democracy

Under the given conditions, such democratic self-assertion speaks for the attempt to realize a supernational democracy. It is not as if democracies confined within nation-state put preserve their democratic substance because they are affected. And in a rapidly growing measure, they are affected by involvement in the systemic dynamics of a global society. This is full at any rate for all of our small, Northian societies and states, including of course, Germany.
