The Importance of One on One Training
I almost feel like you need both, right? You need that moment that you're providing where you do really close the blinds and you put away the phone. And then you need some, almost like a way to exercise those muscles in your daily life. One of the things that's been really interesting for me is it's taught me a lot about my how I operate is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Do you do it? I do. Three years is a long time to keep something up.
