The Best Strategy Is Come When a Group Comes Together
The best strategy is come when a group comes together and the diversity of the group is embraced, not discouraged. If we've got 12 people sitting around the table and one of them knows with a very high degree of certainty that one of our key assumptions is false, that is an enormous loss of important resource there. And that's why i think of strategy as a teams approach to problem solving.
