Advanced Pondcast - How Many Times Should You Listen to Each Episode?

If you do this, you're going to end up listening to a lot more english every day. Probably hours more. And one thing that people ask me is how many times they should listen to each episode, actively or passively. I would recommend that once it starts to get boring, like you know exactly what i'm saying, nothing is new for you. But i think you can cycle through different episodes. Like if you have an m p three player, you can down load ten or 20 episodes and then you'll listen to different ones throughout the day.
