The Importance of Strategic Thinking
I consider myself kind of a good leader, but kind of a mediocre manager. So I don't think that's where my kind of passion or skills take place. Peter was on my board from the beginning of snake. He had just finished his journey at Veeam. And so I saw an opportunity he had just finished with Snake. You have to figure out what do you want to do? Like the founder privilege is that you get a chance to try being in a role. If you're in a CEO and you're not doing a good job, you probably shouldn't be the CEO.
