CNN's John Defterios talks to Julian Zelizer about his new book, "The New World Order" He says he saw parallels between the rise of Donald Trump and Britain's vote to leave the European Union. In both cases, there was a sense that people had been left behind in their own countries by economic downturns or lack of immigration from other parts of the world. The United States may not be as immune to these forces as it once seemed, writes Zelizer.
