How to Tell When You're Stressed Out

You have to kind of keep, I don't know, like an emotional chart or calendar and just know how you feel throughout your week. Write down all the best experiences, write down all the worst experiences. Have check ins with all of yourselves and see how was I last week? How was I a week before that? What was my how did I feel this last the same day last week? And just make sure you're like remembering and checking in with the self that is really happy and the self that has had a great time.
