In our history, when you include the Bank One days, we've been in 45 states and invested in 400 and 45 hotels. In most of our deals, those are one or two deals at a time. They're not big portfolio deals. And that's a little bit of our competitive advantage is just knowing, you know, knowing the markets and having been in there.
