The Role of UX in Product Management

The show has been looking for a term that can help you define your role better. I think it's mostly though because people just don't understand what UX is like you were saying. A lot of people from the agency world now call themselves UX designers and they'll come in to work with them. And I've had that problem with consulting too. Every time I do a redesign for a company or I try to help them with their UX, they expect it just to be pretty and hand it off.
