The key to awareness is when I don't feel good, I ask myself why. And then what I do is I sit down and I straighten my spine. I close my eyes and I breathe deep in through my nose as if I'm breathing from the end of the universe all the way through me. And then I breathe it back out through my mouth, manifesting or focusing on what I do want. We can do that through simply straining our spine, breathingdeep in through our nose and out through our mouth,. understanding the reasons and impacts and capabilities of what we have  in order to reconnect"
