Bank of the future is about vertical intigration, not one-size-fits-all. Biggest innovation will come from vertically integrating banking, insurance and money transfer into a single tax stack. The intermediary - call it the super apper jeeves - can now say, great, this customer looks like this, or does this, or has these habits. It's how i see the supera is a way to distribute various products. And it's a virtuous cycle, which is, the better your ap is, the more engagement you have with your customer.
