i think that no matter how you manage tasks, some sort of review process will pay dividends. The g t d stuff, to me, is much more tactical. It's on a project by project basis. For people who aren't used to working in an obsidion, that daily work flow is a very frictionless one. You really have to be all in with the apidian system as so many other uses for it.
