The Importance of Global Wealth

Global wealth is something that doesn't get talked about nearly as much as global debt. Global assets are now worth a quadrillion dollars, according to McKinsey and World Bank study. For the United States, I think it's about $150 trillion, which is about six times the size of our income. If you can tax 20% of that, you can tax $20 trillion globally every year.
