The Importance of Simplifying the Interface

Make sure you simplify this to the technical skill level of your customers. We had a number of people who wouldn't use our product, but would use,. like a commonly shared google sheet that other teachers would use to share their feet bec ten plates. And there was something about it that was just a little bit easier than our product at that point. So we really looked into this and tried to figure out, well, why is this? Are there too many steps? Is our interfase too cluttered, or is it too complicated? It could also be caused by something simple, like the wording of your messaging.
