The 15-minute city is a great idea in theory but how it's done in practice matters a lot. I saw some videos of people going um trying to get into their into the 15-minuteCity zone and it's like this Polish immigrant in the UK saying like I have to work I have to get to work please let me in and I was like this sound this feels like a mess so what tell me the little bit of the back story of the 15- minute city idea and thenUm how it would be done well and how it was done in this Oxford case and what we can learn from that?
