i'm always surprised when i get to friday night, like, i don't know why i'm so tired, but i'm exhausted. I make certain rules for myself, like stopping work by seven p m and going into kind of a in the ok, blew quadrate out mode. And we're not being producteve by doing any of the recovery things. Ther iou could i not do something that would be good for me to morrow too? But now that i'm learning, i am learning slowly but surely.
