How Do You Propose New Ideas That Other People Might Not Agree With?
I think that's also some initial feedback I got because you're so used to doing everything on your own. When someone gives you a piece of work, you just want to go double check or you want to ask them all the details. It's basically, you don't really trust them. You feel like you're taking a big risk letting other people take those ownership. But I think in the company, in the team, you can have some processes to catch some errors and mistakes. But you have to let people grow to take risk and make mistakes.
