The Tattoo Parlour
Garry knew that one day he would probably have to get a tattoo. His parents took him to the tattoo parlour months in advance without telling him. The tattoo artist was a woman who was maybe forty or 50. She gave him a cup of tea and asked what his hobbies were, if he had any pets or people he really loved. He didn't want one where everyone could see it, but he didn't want to be treated badly by the guys at school.
