Why Tall Towers Are Not Necessary?
The taller you go, the more floor space you need for flats that you can sell. And then there's less space for stairs. Why would you what you wa is sellable floor space, trumping everything? I mean, i suspect it's the way with almost everything in london's housing or buildesbut environment policies,. It just comes down to the availability of of land, doesn't it?
