Roxanne Jones: I've been chastised in public recently, again, for being too ambitious. But having heard your ted talk, i actually think you are extremely strategic. You share a process that you have when you make choices about how to move forward. Can you share that process? Sure. Number one, it's know what you want. And that can be risky.
