New Idea vs. David Beckham
In April 2009, new idea published an article that insinuated Beck had cheated on Layton with and I quote, a former fitness trainer from Dallas. Only mind Mark didn't exist and the man in the photos was Beck's brother Sean Cartwright. The Hewitts rightly decided to sue new idea in court but their arguments unfilled before the judge. That though sparked a really interesting debate. Is the Hewitt's marriage in the public interest? Now, Tom Blackburn, who was the Council for Pacific Magazine said information related to Beck Hewitt is considered to be in the publicinterest given she has actively sought publicity in the past and placed her activities.
