The Zodiac and the Serial Killer
Paul stein's brother joe also directly ad the zodiac when he offered himself up as bait. Explaining that he was an army and air force veteran capable of overpowering a coward like the zodiac even without a weapon. Other residents and business owners in the neighborhood were less than thrilled about joe's challenge. They feared it would draw the serial killer to their community and place them in danger.
