Harry Potter is a pretty good guess. Although, I don't know that there's that many Harry Potter games. Is this based off a sci-fi game? No. Not spooky. Kind of something that had its origins and books, but maybe it's not based on it. Maybe other crime stuff too. Like... Godfather. Because that's why there was a little bit of confusion over whether it was like a movie license thing.
