Is There a Distinction Between Sham and the Middle Ages?
Mark, i think obviously there's a lot less a chance of exposure in the middle ages. I mean, the christian conduct is very strong. But yet, i do think there is a residence there in terms of what it says about you as a person. There is some paril of sweech, ran, there is intestnt to here you speak. When i wrote my play, mother claps ly house, eighteenth century, the molly house, sub cultures at cross dressing,. i was told, you cannot use the word shame in the context of an eighteenth century queer man. And i think that's shifted now, hasn't it? Yes, definitely.
