Our gut is really the outside world travelling through us, you know, ot bottom. And as a lot of bacteria. A test of what percentage of the weight of your poop is bacteria. I mean, it's amazing we don't get sick, and that's because we have a rich immune system in our gut. The y can recognize self itself, and it knows surface markers. So when a bacteria tries to invade into the body, the body recognizes that as a foreigner because of the surface marker, and kills it. When you develop i b d, i just say your immune system normally is at a ino, a thousand r p ms, and now you're red lining.
