Asoko: We're all vulnerable falling into quite faulty mental filters. Why do we have mental filters? And what are the most common faulty ones you often hear when you're talking to people? I did a fide on this quite well back where i used like a big sieve and a big sotre and em beans. So that's your mind kind of neglecting, by passing all those positive comments and just holding on to the negative ones. That is the mental field to working. It's not a mistake that your mind is making either. It's your brain trying to keep you safe.
