The Importance of Markets in Investing
Sally Kohn: I think resiliency and grit is pretty important because if you're starting a company, it's probably not going to be successful right away. In terms of investing in companies, it's like a market that I really like. My cheat code with being a consumer focus investor is I live in Michigan, normal people all around me. It's not tech people or celebrities; it's just the average American. So there's generally times where it's like, wow, these numbers are really good.
