The Value of Baptism in a Baptist Church

Baptism happens when you are born again because of actual faith in jesus. You can't use the old testament there to read invalid parts of the old covenant into the new. Even people who baptize babies say that there's nothing wrong with an adult baptism. It just, they would just say it's necessary. And i don't agree with this, but i really want to be a part of a baptist church.
