Do You See Negative Interest Rates on Treasure Yields Continuing?
The question here now is if yields resume their kind of long-term trend which you might intuitively, I think another reason many people would have thought that this is going to be this time is different is because you'd think zero is a lower bound and we're got pretty close to zero in 2020. So where does this go? Do you see negative rates continuing? I mean, that's the only logical consequence; what do you see as the long-term meaning of that? "I wouldn't rule out negative interest rates on treasure yields," he said.
