There was an improvisation that i had come up with in the show. So it's not true to the story, but i thought the concept of it captured carwood lipton good. You've got spear's model of leadership, which was, as you say, superhuman. You have winters, who is a follow me. Canagy lipton's style of leadership very, very different. He's the one who treats the men like humans, rather than just soldiers.
