How to Train a Medical Team

I want to give you a chance before we sign off here to issue a challenge to folks listening. If they are part of the audience medical or not, how do I apply this in my own life from my own team? What do you want them to try? It's kind of thinking before you say anything you don't need to save that makes sense. Being kind to people, like I don't have to be rude to you to be able to get you to do what I want. But actually your point is to get the patient to a safe space and this is the safe space.
