Would You Recommend a Change in China Policy?

If you were adviser to braco bama or if you worked in the secretary of state, would you make concrete recommendations as to how American policy towards china might be different then it is? Well, i would put a lot of things in policy, not just towards a certain country that may be causing trouble. O set a better example. If we want the chinese to create more mentally sustainable life styles, so that we don't have to live with the consequences of their pollution,. because we've exported all our pollution over there and out with all that messy manufacturing.
