There are two general sub categories of type two fibres. Type two x is more fatigable than type two a, but it's also more explosive. If you undertake really any kind of rigorous training, you get a pretty fast intero sion of type two x fibres to type two a fibres. However, there's some evidence showing that if you keep training volumes reasonably low and don't generate much fatigue, you get less two x to two a inner conversion.
