Coming from school straight into that space, there's such an incredible kind of like electric buzz about a kitchen. I think for me, over everything else, it felt really like freeing. As much as there's discipline to it, people can be completely themselves and often are maybe a little bit too much in some cases. If you've got the work ethic and you want to get on, everybody embraces it, don't they? 100%.
