The Benefits of Networking

The larger the network, the more likely someone problematic or difficult is going to be a part of that network. And even if you know you've got 15 people who are pulling their weight and doing everything they can o, one person shows up and just gives the whole thing a bad stink. So a network has to be carefully maintained, not just to grow it, but also to sort of weed it for the people who might be damaging.
