The Importance of Defending Oppenheimer

The movie, I think gives Lewis Strauss and Edward Teller who are ostensibly the villains more of a sympathetic read than the book does. This is another difference between the film the book, the book I read very much as a we need to fully defend Oppenheimer against all this like a massive history that had like slandered him. And this is like fully on his side. But at the same time I don't think it's an unsympathetic portrayal of Oppenheimer you totally know why he's doing some of these things he himself is just gripped by these contradictions.
