In Hollywood particularly, it's not the big strong alpha male coming in to save the situation through his kind of brute strength or bravery," he says. "I really saw that sort of kindness and that kind of like him taking a position on that ... It's quite a strength to keep that stance regardless of how others around you behave towards you."
