How to Deal With Anxiety Around Sexuality
If you grow up in a family where your parents are comfortable meaning sexuality, there's no anxiety around it. Parents can't get very, very afraid of their children and so they have to be accepting and loving but directing. The fear is highly connected to just trying to understand this aspect of being human. And so the chances of being at peace ere moderate are very low because now you're going to either go into repression or compulsivety about food.
