Every particle we've ever seen interacts with the weak force. The strong force only interacts with quarks and not at all with electrons or neutrinos. But we've never found a particle that doesn't have any kind of weak charge. When you try to make an anti-electron which one do you flip? You can't just flip one and not the other, they are tightly linked.
