Is It an Advantage to Be a Technology Vendor?

I don't want to be in a position where I've got 10 different technology vendor relationships. And that's really, I think our benefit is we can go very deep. We become those subject matter experts. Like we are an extension of their pre sales team, all the way from presales to customer success. That is difficult to do if you're trying to manage,. especially as a smaller consultancy and 15 plus relationships.
