How Did You Begin the Transformation of a School?

I'm really interested to move on to another subject which I think kind of came next in the development after instruction started to get on track a little bit. And that's all around kind of an orderly environment or student behavior. It probably started maybe in an area that you might not expect and it wasn't with the students, it was with the staff. So there was a lot of work that we did around helping the staff to understand what a safe orderly environment looks like.And indeed, their mindset towards children who might be exhibiting challenging behaviors. We developed some common understandings around teaching behavior as part of the curriculum as a curriculum subject.
