Phone Addiction

I think a wrestle with right now is that we push a lot of short form content, but we want to transition people into the long form content. Um, I just think it's so tough within the society where it's all just click bait, short form, two second attention spans. Even with like my own personal life, I have a phone addiction. I'm doing it in order to move the needle in other areas.
