How to Train Someone to Do Editing for OA

I thought it would be pretty easy to train someone else, especially someone as brilliant as Lindsay. We started that training process and it unfortunately did not go as well as I'd hoped. She had weirdly made a large sum of money, I want to say something like $200,000 if I remember correctly on Bitcoin before it crashed. Even still, I definitely wanted her to have that shit figured out ASAP. It was apparently more stressed about her leaving her job than she was.
